Sapphire ATI Radeon x1600 Jas OS 10.4.8 not working right Please Help!

Whats wrong:

When i boot up I get the error msg that you see below. I can't change Screen Resolution or Refresh Rate and I've got mouse tearing and some other graphic bugs. Also the card is shown as PCI but it is a AGPx8 card and it only shows 256Mb of its 512 MB Ram.

 

System Infos:
Jas OS X 10.4.8 ( Jas 10.4.8.semthex.pkg patch)

 

What I did:

I installed Jas OS 10.4.7 so i had support for ethernet card ( RTL 8139) because it did not work when I installed 10.4.8. Then I patched 10.4.7 to 10.4.8 using "Jas 10.4.8.sethex.pkg" and installed the "10.4.8.ATI.Radeonnx1x00.agp.support.pkg".

Now I have the problems I described above.

Graphics: Sapphire ATI Radeon x1600 Pro 512MB Ram DDR2 AGP
Hard-disk: Maxtor 200 GB SATA drive
Ethernet: Realtek RTL8139

 

Error Message:

System extension cannot be used.
The system extension "/System/Library/ Extensions/ATINDRV.kext" 
was installed improperly and cannot be used. 
Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product's vendor 
for an update.

How can I fix this I know my Graphic card can run Mac os just perfect ...

Error Message:

System extension cannot be used.
The system extension "/System/Library/ Extensions/ATINDRV.kext" 
was installed improperly and cannot be used. 
Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product's vendor 
for an update.

 

To fix this error, go to Terminal and type:

cd /System/Library
sudo rm -rf Extensions.mkext Extensions.kextcache
cd Extensions
sudo chown -R root:wheel ATINDRV.kext
sudo chmod -R 755 ATINDRV.kext

And reboot.

that worked beautifully but now this error comes up:

everything fixed thx for the help now is there any way I can improve my performance ?
