Can I confirm that my mainboard is not supported by JaS 10.4.6 nor 10.4.7 ? Rammjet Posted December 27, 2006 Share Posted December 27, 2006 You should be able to install using your PATA drive. Make sure one DVD drive is on the same cable as the PATA hard drive. Set the hard drive to master and the DVD drive to slave using jumpers, not cable select. Use that DVD drive for the installation. If that fails, try using VMWare to install to your hard drive. I don't have the time to go with VMware nor installing windows.... so I'll have to look for a new mainboard.....
