Your specs?

first of all, thanks for your reply

the specification of my computer is

Acer TravelMate 3200XCi(Laptop)

pentinum M715 (sse2 support)

ati mobility radeon 9700

Intel® 855GME

768MB DDR ram

Fujitsu MHT2080AH 80GB 8MB buffer hard disk

I have used -x commnad already...after unplug my mouse "USB cause wake event" disappear...

but still can't boot successful

ok, if you can boot with -s (single user mode) delete all ATI kexts, if not try to boot with VMWare and delete the ATI kexts, another option is using MacDrive, or booting with Darwin CD to get access to your HFS partition.

USB wake events doesn't matter.
