HOW TO FIX system config file '/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist'not found

I got this message in boot option...so i cant eve proceed to install Mac OSx86 10.4.3.

 

How can i solve it so that i can install the mac in my pc

 

Spec: AMD Athlonx64 3200+ Venice

nVidia KN8 Ultra

1GB Kingston PC3200 RAM

Galaxy 76000GS 128MB graphic card

250GB Maxtor PATA HDD ( Primary )

80GB Maxtor PATA HDD ( Secondary )
