Hello! I have an almost perfect OSX86 installation except for a bad sound buffer and clock. Do any of you how to fix:

1. Clock that never agrees with the Windows clock. (Must be constantly update, looses accuracy after a while)

2. Cruddy sound buffer. (Glitches out during start of music, hates Garage Band and short sounds)

Thank you for helping me out.

PS. Would a cheap USB sound card fix my sound problem?

Time - if your OSX is 10.4.8 and you have not updated your kernel to the latest, then do so. Otherwise you need to set your FSB at boot. Read the 10.4.8 link in my signature for ways to update your kernel or to set FSB for time control.

If you are noticing that OSX and Windows have time that are several hours off, then read this: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?s=&...st&p=209586

No way! The updated Kernel fixed all of my problems... All of them! I downloaded this script and it automatically did everything! Wow!

Thank you so much.

Well, since I didn't totally understand your problem, I had to shotgun some fixes. You followed my first advice:

The Prasys installer is listed on the 10.4.8 page in my signature.
