This is the 2-nd hackintosh from my signature. After upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26.4.1, and aplying OCLP-Plus 3.19, I have everything working, but bluetooth. I redownloaded BlueToothFixup.kext, I resetted nvram too many times. I give up. I attach the system profiler result and my config.plist if I did something wrong. Thank you in advance.

For BCM4350 cards (eg: DW1820a), no changes to what was required with previous macOS versions.
It's a simple matter of applying the injecting the property "compatible   pci14e4,43a0   STRING". No need of AirportBrcmFixup or BlueToolFixup.kext.
You just need to clarify its PCI address.
