miguerunner4 Posted December 18, 2006 Share Posted December 18, 2006 I have an hp dc9035nr and an intel core 2 duo board with the conexan HD audio chip. It took me hours to get it to work on the laptop speakers but the mic, phonejack, and extra phone jack dont work, any ideas ive looked everywhere. Doesnt look like people have the same model as my laptop. . Please if anyone can help me please do. Thats the last thing i need to fix to have a mac book pro!!!! consolation Posted December 18, 2006 Share Posted December 18, 2006 I know I'm stating the bleeding obvious, but; have you gone to system preferences->Sound->Output and selected the 'headphone out' as output? I can get either with my mobo but no auto-detection of headphone insert = have to manually tell os to output via H'phones.
