Dakota Szabo
First off, I AM A COMPLETE NOOB AT THIS. Ok, I have a new HP Pavilion dv2000t Laptop: Core Duo T2500 2.0 GHz 1GB RAM Conexant High Definition Audio (VEN: 14F1 DEV: 5047) NVIDIA GeForce Go 7200 1280x800 Native Resolution Intel PRO/100VE Network Connection Intel 3945 ABG WiFi The PRO/100VE Ethernet Connection is working fine. I need to get the display to go to 1280x800 Resolution, right now it is at 1024x768 Also, when I try to use a screensaver, the image is all choppy, like going really slow, not smooth at all I need to get the audio working, not working at all I need to get the wireless working, but I have heard that there are no drivers for my WiFi. The audio is my first priority, then wireless, if possible, then video card. Last thing, please don't link me to posts, because I've pretty much read all there is on this forum about the Audio, but it hasn't helped. Thico Alves
for the video is easy if you just want higher resolutions... search on google for MacVidia, it will be the first site. Enter there, download and install! yes, that simple! =D But if you want to get QE/CI/OpenGL (I mean, no more choppy image) you need to first have the MacOS version 10.4.8 and kernel 8.8.1. Probally if you have MacOS 10.4.8 you have the 8.8.1 kernel too. Tell me you MacOS version and then I see if I can do something to help you. About the audio, these HD audios will be hard to get working nativally (I got it working throught VMWare).
