Is Going From High Sierra To Sequoia With A Hack A Right Move?

On A Late 2009 27inch iMac With 16GB Ram And i7

NO

Reason:

Runs Slow, Graphics Don't Work 100%

Alternative:

Use Latest OS The Computer Supports, In This Case High Sierra

Stay Away From Hacks

Use Opera As Web Browser

Find Compatible Apps That Work

I believe that it has some sporting interest and you enjoy it. I guess that's the main thing and it justifies everything.

In one of your previous messages you indicated that the upgrade cost you $100au. For this money, you can buy used laptop with a 10th generation processor. Fully compatible in all hardware (except Wi-Fi) and suitable for the most modern versions of MacOS. For example, that's what I did (Acer A315-56-382G / i3-1005G1 / Intel UHD620)

@STLVNUB Hi my friend! I would recommend a 7th generation Lenovo, Kaby Lake, HD 620, we did a real miracle with the right settings, it runs in 4k, a very robust IBM keyboard and hardware, and with a vast number of Hackintoshers users around the world GitHub, with a lot of HotPacth SSDT and I can assure you, it is better than my MBA 2020, being a Lenovo Thinkpad laptop model E470 intel i5-7200-U, wonderful. The RehabMan kexts still work perfectly, and the patches are even better.
