mengshi
I am on Ventura 13.7.2 I have been getting a few intermittent Volume Hash Mismatch error lately. It really is intermittent. Have run memtest86 - exhaustive test and nothing wrong with memory My boot SSD (Samsung 860 EVO is at 100%) I think I reinstalled it once from recovery and it still happened. On and off I have gone to the recovery installer and run Diskutil and run FirstAid on the Samsung. There is never any error found. I have just turned UEFI quirk on the hash to False (unchecked) to try.... Anything I should do?
