Ventura 13.3 Sometimes the monitor device cannot be detected in the sound.

I connect the monitor using a DP cable and play sound through the built-in speakers of the monitor.

 

However, occasionally upon startup or reboot, no sound can be played after entering the system;

 

In Settings - Sound - Output and Input, my LG monitor device is not listed,

 

The current solution is to restart the system or reinsert the DP cable.

 

This issue has persisted through N versions of EFI upgrades over the past three years, and it remains unresolved.
