[HP 600G4 SFF] - Got sporadically crash during hibernation - Sonoma 14.6.1

Hello experts,

My base platform is HP Prodesk 600G4 SFF, with no dGPU, and hacked as Macmini8,1, working with MacOS 14.6.1 Sonoma

Anything is OK but I saw the machine crash occasionally (about per 5~6H) with hibernation. For example, I pushed the computer into hibernation and played a video game and I saw the crash report when I went back and woke the computer up. The error report is below, and the suspected module is iokit.IONetworkingFamily.

I suspected this is a hardware defect (the used device may not be able to have a proper storage environment) but there are no hints to prove it.

By the way, I list the hardware configuration at the end of this post.

Update. The system looks OK after disabling the onboard NIC and only the WiFi card is working. It seems the hardware is damaged I guessed. I purchase a new RTL8168 low-profile NIC and to see if the additional card can resolve this issue.
