Steven Houle
Using OpenCore with early 2009 Macbook Pro. Used to install/run OSX 13.x on internal drive. Let OSX update to Sonoma 14.5. Opencore first updated opencore on the internal drive. 14.5 update succeeded, boot from internal drive, but no keyboard and mouse with attached USB2.0 hub. Tried different hubs, different mice/keyboard; Even Apple keyboard. Nothing works. I can boot 14.3 from external drive. I can then mount internal drive and build/install latest opencore. Even after this no keyboard&mouse. I'm thinking if I can direct OpenCore to do the post-insttation patches on the internal drive this would give me keyboard and mouse. But I can't figure out if Opencore will do the post-installation patches to the interlal driv3 (when it is running from the external command. Is there way to get keyboard & mouse running (usb2.0 attached or macbook keyboard&mouse ? Thsnks for the help. If I do a complete re-install I will use critical data, e.g. email local folders.
