Clock stops when system is put to sleep

Morning All.  Got a strange one.  A self-inflicted wound.  My hack was working more or less perfectly, BUT I decided to futz around with it concerning NVRAM.  In the process, I basically broke the system clock.  Broke as in when I put the machine to sleep at 7pm, and I wake it back up at 4:45am, the time is still 7pm.  It isn't that the CMOS battery is low/bad, because I replaced it, and still have the issue.  Thinking that it was a bad config, I blew it away and did a basic config, re-dumped the SSDT's and the problem remains.  I even went as far are updating the BIOS to the latest version, issue remains.  Other than the clock issue, it is 100%.   I will say that this issue does not happen on the windows side of things, just the Mac side.  Windows is there to set the fan curve, pump settings, and emergency use.  Basic specs:

Gigabyte Z390 Xtreme

i9-9900K

32 Gb

OC 0.95

Sonoma 14.4.1

Suggestions?

Do you have any RTC patch/quirk in your config.plist?

I didn't have one before, but I made an RTC0 following the dortania instructions, and made sure that it was enabled.  It didn't seem to make any difference.
