urig-herb
In my BIOS I have to activate "USB legacy support" or something to get the usb keyboard working in darwin bootloader. Or you can use a PS2 keyboard for installation (come on, they are laying around everywhere...), later you can switch back to your original keyboard. j0nkatz
Odd... My HP dv1340us laptop has no problem using a USB keyboard or mouse but the builtin keyboard and trackpad will not work. pyb
For a lot of laptop "USB legacy support" is always enable and isn't disabled in the bios... if tigerX86 detect "USB legacy support" enable it enable USB keyboard! The only solution i find is delete USB fonction by delete IOUSBFamily.kext in /System/Library/Extensions !! if your ps2 keyboard doesn't work and you don't have USB keyboar use "Keyboard Viewer" (like windows) in system preferences > International > Input Menu and click on "Keyboard Viewer"!!
