swedish chef
Hey all, I know the Asrock P4dual-915GL is history but I just love this board for its compatibility and smooth performance and want to keep it as long as possible. But I would like to upgrade the onboard GMA-900 Graphicscard, do you have any suggestions which Card I should get? I assume that the AGI & AGI-Express slots are pretty picky when it comes to compatibility, so has anyone managed to find a card that´s working (out of the box) under OSX 10.4.6 and WinXP? Please let me know your experiences. Thanks a lot!!! MarcusAurelius
The AGI 8x is picky. The AGI Express is just a pci-e x4 slot with an x16 connector. Any PCI-e card will work. swedish chef
So you mean I should go for a PCIe card to be on the safe side. Thanks so far! I thought about getting the "MSI NX7300GT TD 256MB/ PCIE TV/ DVI" for about 77€ which I assume is quite a good price. Has anybody tried to get this thing working with OSX 10.4.6 or any better suggestions ? Thank you!
