AlfredoM
I have a problem with an iMac late 20.13. The display on this iMac is defective and has been removed. I operate this iMac successfully on an external monitor. Now I would like to install a program (cDock in macOS Catalina) which would like to have CSR Util deactivated. How do I get this option with an external monitor. I can't see any recovery or other boot options on the external monitor. Thanks for helpful tips Edited November 1, 2023 by AlfredoM 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/357967-imac-late-2015-27-inch-with-extern-monitor/ Share on other sites
AlfredoM
Found the solution myself. Very simple, create a boot stick, in my case Catalina for iMac late 2013 Then boot from it, previously in Catalina in boot options (system settings) Select the USB install stick. Then the same menu appears as in recovery mode. Then you can select everything, including terminal commands and then "csrutil disable" etc. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/357967-imac-late-2015-27-inch-with-extern-monitor/#findComment-2813126 Share on other sites
