abdogeni Posted October 27, 2023 Share Posted October 27, 2023 Hi, This is my first post here, I'm new to hackintosh world, after many hours of trying to get the Atheros AR9565 wifi/BT to work on Sonoma with no luck, I'm seeking help from you guys. I followed this guide here so far, I also did try the BigSur solution : the patched HSIO80211.kext and Atheros40.kext, it didn't boot, the wifi speed on BigSur was terrible but I only need the bluetooth for now, I use HoRNDIS.kext for internet connection. So my question, is it possible to get this card working on Sonoma? if not, can I get the bluetooth working? because it is acting as a usb device somehow in macos. smokespov Posted May 22 Share Posted May 22 (edited) The PG7 guide did not work on my AR9565, I had to copy the the patches from ATH9Fixup to `kernel -> `patch` in order for my card to work.
