I've got this issue on Sonoma where some apps that I've minimized to the dock, upon clicking, their window will appear and dissapear on the screen for a split second before the animation to bring them up happens. Some of these apps are Chrome, Music, Terminal and others. Some apps don't manifest like this, and act normal. Examples are Finder, Settings, Safari. I've tried some things to try and mitigate this inconvenience. Reduced motion, changing the display's refresh rate, switching Genie to Scale effect, resizing the windows of the apps. It still happens. Has anyone else had this issue and was able to fix it?
