Power management glitch?

I have an Asus x299 Prime Deluxe (rev 1) with an i9-x7820 on it. There's also an Areca 1882i raid cad installed. For the most part, everything works fine.

The raid card is configured to send me an email when there's a problem, like a drive is getting ready to fail and such.

Lately I've been getting fairly regular emails from the raid card, in pairs, one saying that the 3.3v rail is low, then almost immediately another that says it recovered. I would check the usual suspects, power supply mainly, except that I never get these when I'm running Windows, only when running Ventura. I spent the entire week last week in Windows working on a proposal, no errors. If it was hardware I would have seen the problem at some point.

I have "NoDynamicExtract" and "PluginType" selected in Clover. In the past I've checked speed stepping and know that it works.

I'm curious if anyone can offer some advice on how to track down the problem?
