Background tasks with dead battery

Few background tasks like maintenance, sync , update ( marked around 10-20 processes) 

doesnt work with a dead battery due “BatteryLevelPolicy” of DuetActivityscheduler . 
 

so is there a way to change that or spoof battery level to fix the issue .

(using macbook air smbios with virtualsmc battery plugin )
