Hi - Ventura lost native support for legacy power management (responsible binaries (AICPUPM kexts) were completely removed), however support can be restored by injecting those legacy kexts.

You may grab said legacy power management binaries from OCLP repo: AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement-v1.0.0.zip + AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementClient-v1.0.0.zip

NOTE: Both OpenCore and Clover support patching above legacy kexts to bypass locked MSR 0xE2 register restriction (quirk ->AppleCpuPmCfgLock) - however if you intend to use OpenCore then you will require the latest release v.0.9.2 (which enables support for the quirk to be used on Ventura).

Hi, thanks for replying to my thread, makes me really hopeful :D

Could you take a look at my EFI folder ?

im not sure what ssdt to use in ACPI to make pm work along these kext above and what quirks and kernel patch to add/ activate or not so i dont mess it up.

Currently using this efi folder is not giving me any pm and the cpu is stack at full load all the time.
