NetBladeZ
Hi Guyz! I have MacInDell running quit nicely, I like it because its not windows But seriously, the stability of OSX has given me a peace of mind when I use the computer. Never needing to worry about losing my data somehow or rather, curruptions or the dreaded virus and trojans attack on windows. Here's what I have going on my rig. Dell Dimesion 9150 CPU: Intel Pentium D CPU 3.40GHz @ 3.39GHz [sSE3/PAE/EM64T/VMX/DualCore] L2 Cache: 4096K RAM Used: 707.9MB/1.0GB Virtual: 212.30M/256.00M Disk Used: 113.56GB/227.67GB Display: NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GS [256 MB/CI/QE/Q2DE/Titan] 1280x1024@75Hz OS: Mac OS X 10.4.8 (8L2127) Kernel: Darwin 8.8.1 I got frontrow 1.3 to work! I am using my K800i to control Front Row, excellent compared to an infrared remote, I could change tracks and control volume from outside the room I play loads of games on my OSX86, ColdWar has excellent graphics and super framerates unseen on my windows platform. What I wish was working better. 1. Switching to Video Output via TV-OUT ( don't know how to get this working yet ) 2. Audio is only 2 channels and it's kinda irritating to have it plugged to my subwoofer socket to get audio. 3. Front Row is kinda lacking compared to Windows Media Centre. Anyone here tried playing a song and watching a slide show? The Music Cuts off! ok who's next!?
