OSx86ers
Hi, I have a single network card ( DFE 538-TX) and it works perfectly. When i used to use Windows ( ), i used to connect to the internet using PPPoE, it would create a new connection and i would dial it and get connected. At the same time i could also access other computers on the LAN whilst being connected to the internet. Now in OS X in cannot do so since i can either be on the LAN or on the internet. I cannot connect to other computers on my LAN if i am connected to the internet. Please help! Rammjet
What if you get a really inexpensive router with built in PPPoe and a few ethernet ports. You can connect your modem to the router and then your lan to the router and use PPPoe to access the internet on all computers and still browse the LAN.
