So, do you think this will work, or, maybe more important... could I do better?

So you guys here have been amazing, and, got everything running on my current machine, but, its old, tired, and, will be put to retire soon

Im planning on building a rig, with a small footprint. I am basically going to keep this purely for running protools/logic, as a recording studio. Nothing else. Internet access for sending and receiving projects, so, am after power/multi-tasking. I have been good, and been reading, and trying to learn. Then, of course, unlike Windows, I need to understand whats compatible and what isnt (hardware and osx wise, I know what my studio software will run on). And, at the risk of people laughing, this is where I have got to! If theres anything newer that can replace anything, thats really cool to know. But, I "think", from what I have read, this is compatible? ANd will kinda rock. I really need at least one thunderbolt/USBc input for my audio interface (an SSL2, that OSX found and recognised without any issue on my current one)

 

Stuck links here just in case, there may also be cheaper better options too. But, I do like the case, so working round that. Small form seems to limit boards and graphics cards

Ah, that’s really useful mate. So, 10th gen is good, 11th while it might work I would need a card, probably  actually makes sense
