I have switched from EFICheckDisabler.kext to RestrictEvents.kext for my HackBookPro6,2 running Big Sur 11.7.1 (booting with OC 0.8.7 and patched with OCLP 0.5.2).  I think that RestrictEvents.kext is supposed to block EFI check, but I'm not sure that it is working properly, because IORegistryExplorer shows AppleLPC loading/attached to Device LPCB.  I have provided IORegistryExplorer screen shots below.  Does RestrictEvents.kext block EFI check and if so, should AppleLPC still be loading?  Thank you.

I feel like an idiot.  The test for this was simply to temporarily disable RestrictEvents.kext.  With RestrictEvents.kext disabled, com_apple_driver_eficheck loads.

I can mark this solved.
