Hello,

Big Sur successfully installed on a computer of following configuration, everything function properly (video, audio, network, sleep, reboot, shutdown)

Configuration:

MB:            GA-Z97X-SLI

CPU:          i5-4460 (Haswell)
RAM:         16GB
HDD:         Seagate 500GB
NIC:           Intel® GbE LAN chip
Video:        IGPU HD 4600
Audio:        Realtek® ALC1150 codec
SMBIOS:    iMac16,1 (for Ventura as dual boot)

OpenCore: 0.7.9
Kexts:         Lilu.kext, Whatevergreen.kext, AppleALC.kext, IntelMausi.kext

OpenCore config.plist is set according recomendations from OpenCore install manual for Haswell CPU

The computer is connected to LG 4K TV through HDMI cable. An attempt to achieve 4K UHD image was unsuccessful (current resolution 1980p, it is highest resolution available in control panel).

I did some research on Whatevergreen.kext to achieve UHD 4K and it looks like boot-args with -igfxmpc should allow 4K but it does not. My search on internet to find a solution did come short.

UEFI settings are set to according Whatevergreen FAQ to

Intel Processor Graphics Memory Allocation 64M
DVMT Total Memory Size MAX

According Whatevergreen FAQ no patching is required but anyway I did attempt some recommendations without desired result.

Any assistance in troubleshooting and solving the issue is welcome and appreciated.
