McSkywalker
I'm almost sure you can find something(s) for free in this place. Also, I didn't try it myself but Quicktime Mpeg2 Component might be handy to be able to do the cutting in Quicktime. MPEG2 files that are captured from DVB are a bit different than the regular MPEG2 format, so I'm not sure if it woks for those. Good luck Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35391-dvb-capture/#findComment-251653 Share on other sites
Renard45
thx a lot mcskywalker! what about the driver for the skystar2 ? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35391-dvb-capture/#findComment-251692 Share on other sites
McSkywalker
No problem, I hope it helps. Unfortunately, Skystar2 still doesn't work in Mac OS. The driver seems to be installed but I can't get any display. Maybe it's just because of iTele.. Also, when the driver's installed, a conflict occurs between Skystar and my ethernet. There's still no solution, but I'm optimistic. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35391-dvb-capture/#findComment-251749 Share on other sites

McSkywalker
You're right, there's a new release. I didn't try that. Change LogNew in v0.6.4 * Download iTele v0.6.4 from 1/11/2006 * Fixed many bugs on Intel. * Implemented External Displayer preferences box. * Using ffmpeg with Intel SIMD optimisations now that they compile on Mac OS X. * ... more changelog to come when I have time to go through the commits. Check the site. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35391-dvb-capture/#findComment-251766 Share on other sites
