Choose the 10.4.4 Login Window. After installation when you get OSX running, you can insert the DVD and let it mount on the Desktop. Follow this path on the DVD to the packages: /System/Installation/Packages. Find the package you want and double-click on it. Afterwared repair permissions using Disk Utility. But if you install a package your computer cannot use, it may not boot and you will be reinstalling.
