Rammjet
Burn the DVD at the slowest speed possible. If available, use different brand media or different type media (dvd-r, dvd+r, dvd-rw, dvd+rw) Verify that the firmware of your DVD drive is the latest Clean the lense on the DVD drive If all that fails, download the iso again. Thi3f
I successfully installed OSX on my computer but when it boots after the wheel spins It sits at a gray screen? How do i get it to continue? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35338-help-after-install/#findComment-251478 Share on other sites
Rammjet
If it doesn't boot, not sure the installation was "successful". What packages did you select in the Customize window during installation? Example - 10.4.6 Customize: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?act...ost&id=4249 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35338-help-after-install/#findComment-251487 Share on other sites

Rammjet
What DVD are we talking about? Maybe I can figure out what files the x1800 package installed and give instructions for moving them.
