Several things...

The x1650 is similar to the x1600 but has trouble on OSX. Many people have tried it and returned it for a different card. Install again and do not select the x1600/1800 support.

After installation, leave the DVD in the drive and start up with it. When it starts and asks to press "any key" or "F8", press F8 and type: -v -f

While it boots, watch the screen for any errors. If it does not finish booting, those error messages will help fix the problem.

After you get OSX working, then go set the partition active. The command in Windows is to go to Start -> Run:

diskpart

select disk 0

select partition 2

active

Then follow this to get the OSX bootloader to display: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?act...st&p=243116
