Kernel panic Opencore Catalina

Does your laptop not have compatible ethernet/wifi? The dortania guide outlines ways to make recovery installers in Linux/Windows. This does require internet within the installer though as it'll download the full installer once booted. I don't think this is the issue, but may help in the future with other devices.

The panic your getting looks like you have duplicate kexts somewhere. I would try disabling your IO80211Family kext and the kexts within (IO80211NetBooter.kext, AirportBrcm4331/4360.kext, and AirportAtheros40.kext).
If your trying to inject wifi kexts from older versions, you'll likely need to kill some kexts which already exist in Catalina using Kernel->Block. Looks like Catalina already has IO80211Family, AirportBrcm4360.kext, and IO80211NetBooter.kext. It may be worth using this version instead, which won't have these conflicts? https://github.com/khronokernel/IO80211-Patches
