Postmastagen
Here is the panic that I get: My system specs are Dell Latitude D820 Intel C2D 2.0 2 GB of RAM Quadro NVS110M(Dectected as Go 7300) Intel Wifi JaS 10.4.8 DVD I can boot with Mazar 10.4.6 dvd and boot into osx but when I try to update I cannot get past blue screen even after doing the exrensions fix. So went and got JaS' dvd and it now gives me that. I cannot boot in to osx because of that panic...I can however boot with VMware on the same partition. I have completey disabled dual core support in bios. Also have tried booting -x, cpus=1, and tried platform=acpi. None of which help. I have also tried doing chmod 766 and chown root:wheel on the mach_kernel file no avail. Is there anyway to get it to boot. I've seen others with Latitudes and have been able to boot so what's the deal? Thanks in advance for the help. Rammjet
Looks like you have Titan in there. Get the damn thing to boot first then work on getting Titan to work. Also, there are problems with Titan and cards with 512 MB of memory. http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...2316&hl=512 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35235-kernel-panic/#findComment-250251 Share on other sites

Postmastagen
Anyone else have any ideas... I'm thinking it might be the install DVD. I don't think this is the official JaS DVD, but I can't find the offcial release. Postmastagen
So my deduction was correct. I got the JaS reseed and deleted the IOPCCardFamily.kext then voula. Boots in to OSx! Now I have titan working supporting my NVS 110m sees as Go 7300. I'm so happy now.
