USB-Memory Stick works.. USB mouse also works.. but not this USB-TV.. it should be either eyeTV Driver problem or USB problem.. anyone who succeeded? mspr
Hello, I'm using EyeTV 2.3 and Terratec Cinergy Hybrid T USB XS under 10.4.8 and it works fine. I installed 10.4.8 natively (file name: 10.4.8 AMD SSE3 Test 1) on my PC and then I upgraded to latest Semthex kernel. mspr
Hi, unfortunately I don't have an Intel CPU to test OSX on different hardware... I suggest you to try to install Terratec Cynergy USB with the previous 10.4.7 Differently you can try 10.4.8 with another kernel I have a similar problem with external hard-disks: on 10.4.7 I can use all my HD-USB but with the 10.4.8 my Mac doesn't recognize NTFS formatted HD-USB USB work fine because like you I can use USB-Memory Stick, USB mouse and other USB device... I suppose that the problem is in USB drivers... in next days I will try to reinstall the 10.4.7 and then to upgrade to 10.4.8 keeping old USB related kexts Bye Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35088-terratec-cinergy-hybrid-t-usb-xs/#findComment-249206 Share on other sites
kleinstein
i also think this is the USB Driver problem.. maybe this would be helpful in the future(they are doing this for 8.4.1 kernel but the people see also 8.8.1 kernel) http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...8559&hl=usb or i should also test with 10.4.7 kernel USB kext..
