knggb
Hi, I am attempting to install OpenCore on my Toshiba Satellite s75 laptop. I have followed the Dortania instructions, however, when I placed the prepared USB stick into the laptop, I get a "could not read EFI invalid parameter." All files are installed and placed as recommended by the guide. Made the necessary changes in BIOS. The OS I want to install is Big Sur. The Toshiba has an Intel i7-4720HQ CPU, Haswell, discrete AMD Radeon R9 M265X GPU, 16 GB RAM. I checked the troubleshooting section but I am scratching my head as to what I need to look for, correct, and proceed. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! On a reddit forum I asked this question and one response was formatting my USB as HFS plus and not largeFAT32 like it mentions in the Dortania guide. Could this be the problem?
