Monterey no longer supports patched iGPU connector type Dual-Link DVI <04000000>

I use DP->DVI video adapters with my rig (HP EliteDesk 800 G5 Mini, i9-9900 UHD630). Prior to Monterey, I found that I could enable my DP->DVI displays by patching my framebuffer connector type as Dual-Link DVI <04000000> with "mobile" framebuffer (AAPL,ig-platform-id 0x3E920000).  Beginning with Monterey, patched connector type DVI results in booting to black screens.  I must use patched connector type HDMI <00080000> to enable DP->DVI adapters with Monterey.

Note that I must use "mobile" framebuffer with DP->DVI adapters, as "desktop" framebuffer (AAPL,ig-platform-id 0x3E9B0007) results in booting to black screens with DP->DVI adapters.

Quick update - connector type "HDMI" is also enabling my DP->DVI adapters with Big Sur 11.6.2, so I can dual-boot Big Sur and Monterey using the same EFI/DeviceProperties.

deeveedee, how are you?

I saw that you had problems with the DVI. Managed to solve?
I'm installing a hackintosh for a friend and he has the i5 8400. He's using 2 monitors, one with the HDMI output and the other with DVI. Integrated video, straight to the motherboard. But DVI doesn't work on Monterey, only HDMI. Work in Big Sur.

We are trying to get the DVI and HRMI to work in Monterey. Did you manage to get the DVI working together with the HDMI?

@Vinicius P. Miranda The solution that I described in the original post is what is working for me now.  I now use connector type HDMI instead of DVI for my DP->DVI adapters.  If you post your EFI, I'll take a look.

After upgrading to Monterey from Big Sur, I had display issues with Microsoft's Remote Desktop.  I'm not sure if this display issue is because I'm using framebuffer type HDMI with DP->DVI adapters or if it's a Monterey issue that affects other display types as well.  See here for my solution.
