Jack Green
Hi all, I've been trying to get a hackintosh setup and I was following a video on youtube and I got to the part where we delete the EFI and replace it with our own but the one the guy had on youtube was for a laptop and didn't work for me. Is there anyway I can get it without needing a mac? Motherboard = Gigabyte x99 SOC Champion CPU = I7 5960X X99 Thanks a lot Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/349586-how-to-acquire-my-efi-without-a-mac/ Share on other sites

Yes, it's better to have macOS and Windows in 2 separate drives. Please complete your signature (account settings >> signature).
