unixguru
I tried to install 10.4.8 JaS (release 1) on a Intel 915/GMA 900 system. I had problems with the kexts. There was no graphics acceleration. But after deleting them all, reinstalling from the package on the DVD, and correcting the permissions, I rebooted into everything being blue! You can sort of see boxes on the screen, but they are all blue and weird looking. The system works, but you just can't tell what's on the screen. I was abel to reboot by pressing the power key on my keyboard and clicking where I knew the restart button was. That worked fine. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? haydio
i had the same problem when i first installed osx because i didnt select the GMA 900 patch, and a simple re-install went fine.
