What makes you think your Windows is gone and you need to reinstall?

Maybe it is still there and you just don't know how to get to it?

Are you sure you just don't need to access the OSX bootloader to boot into Windows?

Then I'm afraid you've wiped the disk. You'll need to install Windows again. Now, if you plan to keep a simple scheme (Windows in one partition, OS X in the other) I'd suggest you to install Windows in the first primary partition (otherwise it couldn't boot), and OS X in the second. Then, you'll need to use the chain0 method (search in the forum for it) to boot from the Windows partition, and to be able to choose to start Windows or to boot OS X. That's been the simpler way to dual-boot for me.
