Hi !

I have a laptop with intel duo core T2050, with 2 Gb Ram, Intel 950GM and Intel high Definition Audio.

I have tried 10.4.7 as well as the 10.4.8 with sse3 (for 104.8 semtex kernel).

I have set up the sound card as well as the ethernet card..

I am experiencing a weird and serious problem.

When i push the shutdown button at osx, the laptop really shuts down.

I cant turn it on!!!!!!

Pushing the power button, a led rapidly flashes but no sound or sth. The laptop is really dead...In order to turn it on i have to pull out the cmos battery and then everything is fine. (it doesnt matter if i have it connected with power cable or with battery).

This is really weird since reboot is working fine!

Just to say....Windows installation works fine. The shutdown there works... (I can turn on my laptop after shutdown)

I cant understand why osx is behaving so weird...! :sorcerer:

I can see at osx boot ACPI enabled (at s3). I tried with platform=x86pc but same results......

I have enabled usb legacy support in bios....

Pleaseeeee help me!!!!1 I am out of ideas!:angel::construction:
