Need you kindly help for installing 10.13.6 on hp8440p.(i5 M520). OC keeps restarting. Thank you so much for help!

Hi, I met issue when I was trying to install 10.13.6 on my old hp8440p ( intel 1st generation i5 M520 with intel graphic HD1000, 2*4G memory,1T SSD ). 

The laptop always get restart at screen:

"End RandomSeed"

When I am checking the OC log, I can see the installation is stopped at:

"AmiShimTimerBoostExit changed current period to 549254"

 

I am using open core 0.7.3. Please kindly help me with this issue. I've attached my efi info and the config.plist. Thank you!

I almost give up for this, it is much appreciated for looking at my case !

1st gen Intel HD is not always fully supported and, if it's not, you may just give up the idea of running High Sierra on your laptop because it would not be running well. Graphics acceleration is a must under OS X/macOS.

I invite you to check the bible written many years ago about 1st gen Intel HD so that you establish whether your own laptop's LCD connector is LVDS or eDP. Former will pretty much warrant full graphics acceleration, latter will not because Apple did not include support for eDP connectors for 1st gen Intel HD.

I can confirm that my laptop LCD connector is LVDS.  I noticed the bible, it is the bible gives me the confidence to install Mac OS on this laptop. Unfortunately, the bible is based on the MacOS has already been installed and then create the USB and resintall it, but I am now stuck at installing a just work Mac OS....... If changing any config can make me install the Mac OS for just work, I can then follow the bible to adjust the intel HD graphic driver...
