arcong Posted December 4, 2006 Share Posted December 4, 2006 I have installed Jaz 10.4.6 PPF1 but I can not upgrade to 10.4.8 by using the pkg file. BTW, I also tried the MacVidia1.0.8.pkg and the error occurs as well. Seems like I can not use any pkg pack for upgrade or install. I am thinking if it is due to I have applied the Jas_PPF1 patch to my Origin OSX86.HOTISO iso file. since I did install 10.4.6 without applied the PPF1 patch b4, and I upgraded to 10.4.8 susscessfully. Rammjet Posted December 4, 2006 Share Posted December 4, 2006 PPF1 should not affect the function of the installer. Find the Installer in the Utilities folder. Right-click on it and choose Get Info. Then check the box labelled Run using Rosetta. Then try again.
