geacmbo Posted October 13, 2005 Share Posted October 13, 2005 Hello Forum Could sure use some guidance into "how" to get the image boot on an IBM T22 laptop which I have "guinea pig" and haven't successfully done so...I downloaded an ISO image which when mounted shows the whole content of the OS files/folders etc...I burnt this on a DVD-R (documentation points that this image is for TESTING purposes and for PC/Generics) however after burning , tried to load it but nothing happens, it just continues loading my old XP install. I've read couple of threads and seen the name Maklar , is this "THE'' real x86 copy ? I'm wondering if what I have now is the real deal Any guidance greatly appreciated...you can send me links, notes or procedures to my email (geacmbo@yahoo.com) if they can't be posted in the forum....
