Strange Kernel Panic

Very strange Kernel Panic on my hackintosh 

 

I begins with an application with colored beachball.

internal hard drive activity LED : ON 

Then Freeze 

reboot.

 

 

after reboot : my internal Samsung SSD EVO 250 Go is not booted  but another disk.

IF I do a full on/off , the PC is booting with this SSD as configured in the bios, and MacOS warns me of the kernel panic.
