spanakorizo Posted December 3, 2006 Share Posted December 3, 2006 i downloaded a program called macpilot its for hidden/extra settings in osx like dock/finder etc but now the screen is LARGE i cannot set it off! i was able to deactivate the zoom in the universal acess but its still the same the shortcuts alt+control+8 (or windows key i dont remember now) dont work nothing works i cant change it is there any other way to restore the screen as it is normal? replace a file /delete something and when it boots set all the settings default? i can do this via transmac in xp i cant blv how i did it! spanakorizo Posted December 7, 2006 Author Share Posted December 7, 2006 non of the shortcuts or system preferences universal access options dont solve the problem zoom on or set the zoom off nothing will change its allways on at maximum zoom (even if its clicked on "off) i had to put the highest resolution so i can see the desctop windows,and still i can see only the half this macpilot screw everything i tried to delete somefiles in library/preferences but still the same is there any thing else i can do or i go for reinstall osx? something to replace from the DVD? how do you uninstall corectly programs in mac like xp "uninstall software"that removes all files ? maybe if i get rid of this macpilot everything will restore at default i had in plans to reinstall the osx in a new disk i will buy only for mac but i wanted to "test" some more things before i go with the "final" installation and be sure that everything works perfect and enjoy the real mac anyway ...{censored} happens Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/34784-zoom-out/#findComment-249632 Share on other sites More sharing options...
