phi0x
I'm running Mac OS/X x86 through a dual boot on an AMD Athlon 64 2800+, a gig of ram, and an ATI 9550 256mb Machine. It's an SSE2 processor, so it should be fine. I just put x86 on today. I can run Mac OS X for around 3 - 5 minutes, then all of a sudden i get a notification that says "YOU MUST RESTART YOUR COMPUTER". WTF is this all about? YOU WERE WORKING FINE A SECOND AGO... JUST WORK. anyways... it's almost like something clicks.. and it just says "OH WAIT, THIS ISN'T A MAC.... I BETTER SHUTDOWN".... Can anyone help me or does anyone know the solution to this?????? DrJägermeister
. and it just says "OH WAIT, THIS ISN'T A MAC.... I BETTER SHUTDOWN".... Can anyone help me or does anyone know the solution to this?????? It says this, are you sure? I never see this error message, it's strange. The cause can be the TPM chip (witch you don't have) so try to delete the TPM kext like this: open a terminal and type: # cd System/Library/Extensions # sudo rm -r AppleTPMACPI.kext Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/3476-working-then-crashes/#findComment-21976 Share on other sites
