rockhard301 0
Hello everyone I had the bad idea to build a new system with the new z590 mobo + i5 10400 and I can't make the iGPU UHD 630 to work, I tried every device id and method know in my 8 years of hackintosh, the best I was able to do it was able to boot with display output and showing 14mb vram. The same CPU paired with an Z490 worked fine showing hardware acceleration. If I boot with the correct iGPU device injection 07009B3E and device id 9B3E0000 the system boot with a black screen and when I connect remotely I can see in the IORegistry that the iGPU didnt recognized the display and the display pipe is show zero. My build: Asus Z490M Prime-Plus, i5 10400, 8 GB DDR3 3200Mhz, it has 3 video output : DP,HDMI and DVI and I am using Open Core. I attached my IOReg and ACPI dump. Maybe someone have an idea how to patch this new mobo and make the iGPU output to work. ACPI.zip Edited Wednesday at 07:47 PM by rockhard301 Typo

Please complete your signature (user profile) with the data of your machine. You say "iGPU device injection 07003E9B" but it isn't 07009B3E instead of 07003E9B as AAPL,ig-platform-id? I think device-id is not necessary, I'm not sure. Do you have you framebuffer-patch-enable Data 01000000 and framebuffer-stolenmem Data 00003001 in config.plist? It was a typo... and Yes I tried different patches from whatevergreen documentation and also using headless injection. AAPL,ig-platform-id tried: 07009B3E, 00009B3E, 0000923E,0000A53E. The same ones works on my old Z490 but not on the new Z590. I think there's work to be done mapping the connectors. There's an app called Hackintool that does it easily but no luck. I can remotely connect to the mac because the video output is not working. If I remove the device properties injection it boots with video output but without hardware acceleration and 14 mb vram. rockhard301 0
I updated the motherboard with a new bios and OpenCore to 0.6.8 and the same situation. Using screen sharing I can see that the video decoder is fully supported. No luck with other ids from that link. . rockhard301 0
I was reading the Linux forums and everyone using a new Z590 mobo is experiencing a black screen with IGPU on Ubuntu.
