VMWare - Lag problem with Big Sur & Windows Host

Hi guys,

 

I installed Mac OS Big Sur on my Windows 10 PC:

 

Windows 10 Professional

VMWare Workstation 16

RAM: 32GB RAM

GPU: RTX 3080

CPU: i7 9700K

Monitor: 5120x1400 42"

 

I have a problem when i try to maximize and escalate to 5120x1400 resolution. The PC freeze  even the audio.

I installed vmware tools & update Big Sur to latest version and follow this others posts:
