From what I've seen (talking with some other people as well), NMI is usually related to hardware - especially RAM. Could not like the timings or something weird (I've found macOS to be more sensitive to slightly unstable RAM)
Could also try CpuTSCSync.kext

I've also seen the panic when messing with ACPI, though it was on an old Core 2 system and I forgot what I did that caused it.
It could honestly be a lot of things unfortunately, and this error is one I haven't really seen much before.
