Gregog Posted December 1, 2006 Share Posted December 1, 2006 I'm a new OSX86 user and I just installed v10.4.7 last night. The installation went fairly smoothly with only a few issues that I was able to get sorted out. (mostly from posts on this forum) The question I have is this. I'm running an ATI 1900xt with a 20" widescreen monitor that supports 1680x1050 resolution (same as apple 20" display). When I try to change my screen resolution, the highest option that appears is 1280x1024. I was going to download some ATI drivers from their site, but I couldn't see my card listed under the OSX drivers section. I *think* this video card is one of the options in the newer power macs, so I'm sure there's a way to make it work, just my inexperience prevents it. Any suggestions?
